Refund and Returns
At My Little Shindig, we take great pride in delivering unique, high-quality custom fabrics. Every design goes through multiple quality checks during production and before shipping to ensure you get the best.
When your package arrives, please take a moment to look over your fabrics. If you notice any issues, reach out to me directly HERE within 14 days of receiving your order.
Since our fabrics are custom printed, we can only offer refunds or accept returns for printing flaws that originated with the printer. Minor flaws under 1" that don't impact the fabric's overall appearance aren't eligible for a refund.
If there is an issue, we'll work with you to resolve it. Options may include a partial refund or, if you return the fabric, a full refund minus a 30% restocking fee. Please note: if you paid via PayPal, reach out to me before filing a claim there.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we may not always have extra yardage in stock to replace your order, but we'll do our best to make things right!
